Today SevereWXWarn released a COVID tracker mapping application on its website. The tracker is available now to the public and includes a search tool that will allow users to search for an address and see the local COVID cases in the surrounding counties and cities. Currently the application will allow you to view approx. active cases, total cases, cases per 100,000, deaths, as well as the confirmed cases in the last 2 weeks. Below is a screenshot and the link to the application. The data in the application is updated multiple times daily from government sources.
