Area in Atlantic Ocean Has 30% Chance for Tropical Development

An area in the Atlantic Ocean just off the African coastline has a 30% chance of developing into a tropical system within the next 5 days.  Looking at the models and the wind shear we believe that this will eventually be a named storm, but it’s to early to know for sure and if it will affect the United States.  We will continually monitor this system and provide updates on this and future systems.  We are now in the peak of Hurricane Season and have optimal conditions for development in the Atlantic ocean.  We will provide daily updates on this system.

If you would like to stay up to date on these systems and future systems be sure to like us on Facebook and download the Atlantic Hurricane Tracker on Android and Apple devices.
