Snow, ice and rain is going to impact portions of the central US and northeastern US beginning today through Tuesday. Snow is already falling in the areas from North Dakota down into the North Carolina mountains. This will continue to push further east into the Carolina’s and up the east coast tonight into Monday morning. As the system pushes through it will bring a mix of snow, sleet and rain to areas of Tennesse, Virginia and the Carolina’s. By Tuesday this system will have changed over to rain for much of the east coast and even possibly bringing some thunderstorms to the North Carolina coast on Tuesday.
