A winter storm will bring snow to many areas of the northeast beginning Sunday and lasting into Thursday. The system will drop the largest amounts of snowfall on Monday and Tuesday with areas as far south as Georgia and the Carolina’s seeing accumulation. This morning’s updated accumulation map sho the system reaching a little further south reaching most of Virginia and some of North Carolina.
