The threat for severe weather today has pushed east into the Carolina’s, Georgia and Florida. The main threat today will be damaging winds and the possibility of an isolated tornado. This system will not pack the same punch that it did on Tuesday bringing multiple tornadoes to the Southeastern US. Below are two maps showing the chance of tornadoes and damaging winds. The biggest threat today will be some possible severe thunderstorms with gusty winds though the slight chance of a tornado can’t be ruled out, but any chance will be slim at best.
