Tonight and tomorrow night could be one of your best chances of the year to view the northern lights if you live in the US thanks to a solar storm that will last through tomorrow evening. Below is a map of the possible locations where viewing the northern lights will be possible tonight and tomorrow. If you want the best chance of viewing the lights it will be from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. tonight. If your planning on looking for the lights you will need to find somewhere that is as dark as possible away from city lights.
